Skyfall

Good morning!

How are you today? I had a horrible start to the day - long story short: I HATE public transport!!!

Anyways... Yesterday I finally got to see the latest Bond film  :)

I was more excited about my big bag of popcorn at first - after all it is the love of my life, but then I really got into the film, and I must say I really enjoyed it! Action, humour and a man who always saves the day - perfect recipe for a good film.. However, 007 is looking a bit old and frayed, no?

All in all - a very good night...

Rise of the wicked witch

As I am going to my first ever Halloween party tomorrow, albeit a kid's birthday party, I am getting into the festive spirit tonight..  It's not just a random kid btw, I do know her..

Anyways, after work I found this hat and broom for only £2 – what a steal!! And not a lot of effort.. Perfect!

Tadaaa - complete transformation!

Now that I've got that sorted, I'm going to make some popcorn, put my feet up and watch Magic Mike.. Surely I'm allowed a treat or two after a long, hard week?! And I'm not talking about the sweets or popcorn... *wink wink*

From Tribal to Tweed

Finally home after a long day at the office.. Well, it centainly felt long!

As I didn't have anything to do at work, I started my hunt for the perfect Coco Chanel style jacket.. They seem to be everywhere this season! Technically speaking, number 2 is  more a biker jacket, however, I think it's the perfect modern twist on an old perfect classic!

The most productive thing I've done all day is starting a debate about popcorn.. It obviously has to be salted! I fought long and hard, but despite my eager arguments, I lost the war by one vote..

Anyways, time to get packing.. I've got an early start ahead of me!

Easy does it

Good morning! I can't believe it's finally Friday :)

Last night I went back to the park and got so excited that I actually started running without even realising at first. I don't run.. Ever.. Not because I don't want to, but because my knees won't allow it.. I might give it another whirl though, as I felt amazing afterwards!

When I got home, I made myself a strawberry/blueberry smoothie to celebrate my good effort..

Then I had a whole bowl of popcorn whilst watching 2 Broke Girls... Ooops

Must say that I'm a bit apprehensive about seeing this film. Afterall, it's about a stuffed animal who has come to life, Pinocchio-style.  However, I can't miss an opportunity for cinema popcorn! I've suffered through films like Machete and the Source Code, so I'm sure it can't get any worse...

Anyone seen it?
