Lounge camping

I'm pretty sure that pitching a tent in my lounge is one of the best ideas we've ever had.. Although it started out as an absolute nightmare, it turned out to be a great night!

For those of you who ever want to set up a tent inside, I recommend you bear these tips in mind:

1. Read the instructions
2. Move furniture BEFORE you've set up the tent and realise that it doesn't actually fit in the room
3. Make sure that things like TV's, hubs and laptops are put away

It is safe to say that we massively underestimated the size of the tent! Even after moving all the furniture out of the room, we were still not able to set the tent up properly. As we couldn't stretch the tent out, we were unable to use either of the two (!!) bedrooms.. Nonetheless, we broke out the sleeping mat, our double sleeping bag and some pillows and watched a film whilst eating chocolate cheesecake! Amazing...

Wish I could sleep in this every night...
