So I got home after work and was beyond excited to make my Norwegian Christmas cookies - only to find that the dough was ROCK hard.. I never thought I would be able to get anywhere with it, but patience certainly is a virtue! After leaving it out  for a while and working with it for aages, I finally got my precious cookies..

A little piece of heaven

I absolutely love Sundays and I'm pretty sure I've been more productive today than the rest of the week put together. The day started with a lovely breakfast prepared by the bf. I've since been to town, done some washing, put clothes away, made bread, made dinner, assembled a coffee table, done my nails and worked out..

Time for a little treat before I resign to the couch - a bath and a drop of wine..
